Bed and Breakfast in Tenby

What’s the secret to choosing the right bed and breakfast in Tenby?

Tenby, like any great resort, has a plethora of Bed and Breakfast accommodations to choose from, so how do you find the best for you?

Firstly, I’d make sure the B&B is actually IN Tenby, (ours very definitely is!) not somewhere nearby or slightly out of town. The last thing you want is a long walk or even a drive to get back to your digs in the evening.

Secondly, get the right size and specification of room for your comfort. With a range of properties in Tenby, the actual bed and breakfast room you get is crucial to a comfortable stay.

A choice of single, double and family bed and breakfast rooms means we can accommodate most every need. WiFi is nowadays an absolute must for any visitors, as of course is a telly. Your room has tea, coffee and other refreshments, along with a full selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and moisturising lotions. All of which means you have to pack (and remember) less when you come to Tenby.

Thirdly, is the all-important breakfast! At our Tenby Bed and Breakfast, you’ll get a genuine homemade Pembrokeshire Breakfast002C freshly cooked for you every morning. Tea and coffee with a selection of juices, fruit and cereals and (of course) plenty of warm buttered toast

Next, make sure the place is worth visiting… Tenby has many attractions in the immediate area, Folly Farm, Oakwood Park, Historic Castles and the Wales Coast Path are all on our doorstep. Just a short walk from our B&B is a huge selection of Café, Restaurants and of course, Tenby’s famous historic pubs to choose from as well as shopping in independent stores that the town is so well known for.

With no less than three blue flag beaches, there’s plenty of choice if sandcastles are your thing, or rock pooling for that matter, Tenby’s well known for clean clear water and fine soft sand.

Heatherton World of Activities is an award-winning family attraction near Tenby with over 30 exciting activities on one site.  You’ll spoilt for choice with crazy adventure golf, archery, giant jumping pillows, indoor soft play, walk on water, go-karts, bumper boats, laser clay pigeon shooting, body zorbs, water wars, paintballing, their thrilling ‘Dragon Slide’, three challenging Escape Rooms, our junior and senior ‘Tree Tops Trails’…and that’s just the start.

Tenby Museum and Art Gallery is the oldest independent museum in Wales. Established in 1878 it continues to develop its collections and displays to preserve and promote the history of the town.

Get up close and personal with wildlife from around the world at Manor Wildlife Park, or get wet, hire a kayak, surfboard, bodyboard or monster board and have a great time with friends and family with Stand Up Paddle board lessons.

Not far away from our Bed and Breakfast is the picturesque and historic Carew Castle and Tidal Mill. Its rich history spans over 2,000 years from its Norman origins to Elizabethan intrigue and Civil War devastation. Set in a stunning location overlooking a 23-acre Millpond, the Castle is one of the most architecturally diverse in Wales, from the west a Norman fortress, but from the north a splendid Elizabethan mansion.

So, in conclusion, whether the sun’s shining or not, there’s a whole bundle of things to fill your days and nights with while visiting Tenby, we hope you choose our bed and breakfast to make your stay here a memorable one.
