living area consists of three large en-suite bedrooms, one bedroom with
separate shower and toilet, a large living area,
dining area, and fully equipped state of the art
kitchen. Outside there is a spacious private landscaped area, which includes
a fully filtered and maintained swimming pool, with attractive adjoining
patio. The entertainment facilities within the house
consist of cable and satellite television in each bedroom and also
in the
living area. Furnishing throughout the property is of the very
highest standard.
The villa has
an individual alarm system and panic buttons in the master bedroom and the
living room. These are connected to the main reception area. The
property has electronic gates and
an automatic garage door, which is activated by
remote control. For your convenience full
servicing, household cleaning, garden and pool maintenance is provided by
on-site staff during your stay, and is included in the tariff.
