Started flying for my private pilots licence in
Shoreham, Sussex 1969. Got married and headed for Australia in 1972.

Earned enough money mining to take a Commercial licence and Instructors
rating in 1974. Became a flying instructor in 1975 and taught
for a while at Jandakot Airport, Perth, Western Australia .

Joined
the "Royal Flying Doctor Service" in 1976 as a captain. Obtained my
Airline Transport Pilots Licence in 1978 and joined "Kendell Airlines" (Ansett
Group) in 1980 as a commander flying passengers between Melbourne,
Sydney, Adelaide and the Tasmania regions.

Returned to Europe in 1984 and flew Air Ambulance and local
passenger transport in Finmark, N Norway, then military
transport all around Norway. In 1993, I moved to Denmark and flew as a
commander under the flag of S.A.S and British Airways amongst other
airlines.
Finished my career in Athens, Greece 2002 flying mostly
holiday makers and business groups to the Greek islands and into Italy.
